Booking
Find a home on Rentals, pick your dates, and click Book. Search and pricing live on this site. The final step — card details and confirmation — happens on Hospitable, our reservation platform. You always know where your card data lives.
No. Every Keystone Collection booking is a request first — we review each one before confirming. You’ll hear back within a few hours during business hours, or first thing the next morning otherwise. This lets us pair the right guest with the right home.
Cancellation rules vary by property and stay length. Typical short-term stays follow a standard 7-day-before window; peak-event weekends and extended stays follow separate rules. Your booking confirmation will list the exact policy for your reservation.
Peak dates fill fast — we don’t hold homes. If you’re inside a week of your date and want to lock it in, book now or call our team directly at (615) 555-0199.

Extended stays & relocations
Yes — this is a specialty of ours. Our team spent over a decade in boutique hospitality before launching Keystone Collection, and our ops lead handles every extended-stay booking personally. Call directly at (615) 555-0199 or fill out our contact form with “extended stay” in the message so it routes to our team.
Yes, for corporate housing partners we’ve worked with before. We handle the paperwork, stay-length coordination, and billing with your relocation coordinator. Have your reservation reference when you call and we’ll take it from there.
Yes. Homes in Richmond and Pittsburgh are especially set up for month-long or longer stays, with a monthly rate that beats week-by-week booking. Nashville properties are geared to weekend-event cadence, but monthly stays are possible in shoulder season.
