From hotel operations to a boutique urban portfolio
Our founder spent over a decade in boutique hospitality — small hotels, extended-stay properties, the margin-thin work of real occupancy numbers — before launching Keystone Collection full-time. The pattern was clear. Travelers wanted more than a room: a full kitchen, a quiet workspace, a neighborhood to walk to, operators who answered the phone. Boutique urban rentals could deliver all four. Chains and one-off listings could deliver one or two.
Keystone Collection launched to concentrate on three cities — Nashville, Richmond, and Pittsburgh — and the mix of guests who choose them. The team is small, run out of an actual storefront in East Nashville. The portfolio grows one house at a time, picked for walkability and finish, not for scale.
