Historic + walkable

Richmond Virginia

Ten homes across downtown, Scott’s Addition, and the Fan District. For weekend travelers, remote-work stints, and city stays where a hotel doesn’t fit.
Why Richmond
A city market with the texture of a smaller downtown.

Richmond is the second market Keystone Collection grew into, and it plays a different role than Nashville. This is the city where a remote worker on a six-week stretch needs a real house, not a room. Where a relocating family needs to be near their kids’ school before the lease closes. Where a downtown weekend needs a walkable base, not a hotel room by the airport.

Our homes here concentrate in three neighborhoods with different guest profiles. Downtown lofts run best for weekly professional stays and city weekends. Scott’s Addition is arts-district weekends and short business trips. The Fan District carries longer stays and families settling in for a season. All ten homes book directly through us — same pricing, same guest-support, same person answering the phone.
